I stayed in the delightful home of James and Alice Kerr in Warwickshire for bed and breakfast. The room and en suite bathroom were spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable, with a view over the fields. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the home produced honey was a treat. James and Alice were friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The location is very quiet and deeply rural. A great place to get away from it all and enjoy the country. Not far from Stratford upon Avon.

"This is a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden with a cup of earl grey and slice of homemade lemon drizzle cake after a long journey. It is not far into Stratford Upon Avon by car and there is plenty of parking there. The room was really comfortable and peaceful and we had a really good night's sleep. The cooked breakfast was delicious. Thank you Alice and James."

"What a delightful, peaceful place to stay! James & Alice were so kind and such generous hosts. We were welcomed with a pot of tea and delicious lime drizzle cake, thank you Alice! Our room was spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. A wonderful breakfast to start our days. James & Alice recommended places to visit locally which helped us make the most of our stay. Thank you both for looking after us so well. We left many places still to visit, so we will be returning as soon as possible."

“My wife and I stayed for two nights B & B on the 19th/20th July 2016 at Stamford Hall Farmhouse. On arrival we were greeted by Alice and James the owners and within 10 minutes we were sitting outside drinking a welcoming cup of tea and homemade Lemon drizzle cake (to die for). Our bedroom is on the 2nd floor with views overlooking fields full of gold (this one was ready for harvesting) it had all you would want i.e TV, free WiFi, tea making facilities, the bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower and lots of toiletries and good size soft bath towels Breakfast was great and all the jams, marmalade, conserves are made by Alice. James and Alice recommended a number of gastro pubs and we ate in two of them and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The location in ideally suited to those who like the National Trust and Shakespeare or just a break.” We would definitely go back”

“beautiful in every respect - from the gardens when you arrive to the beautiful old furniture and decor to the lovely bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic welcome with tea and home made cake, excellent breakfasts with home made jams, etc. Also, decent coffee in the room with fresh milk. Very hospitable - we went to the theatre and they gave us a programme of the play to look at. Recommended an excellent place for dinner and lots of other tips. Nothing too much trouble.
Room Tip: Make sure you know exactly how to get there - it's not easy to find”
